Under normal circumstances, the monitoring center will call you to verify your password or passcode. Should you feel it necessary to call the monitoring center directly, please call using the phone number listed for your monitoring center. If you do not know who your monitoring center is, please contact us.
Call the monitoring center and ask them to place your account on test. Now arm the system and exit the premise. After one minute enter through a protected door and wait for the alarm to sound. Once the alarm sounds, silence the system then call the monitoring center to see if signals were recieved.
